Through imaginative play, outdoor exploration, and simple grounding techniques, children learn to name their feelings, build coping skills, and develop confidence in their ability to navigate hard times. Together, we focus on strengthening emotional resilience in ways that feel natural, engaging, and developmentally appropriate for each child.
