Caregiver Mental Health Support

I support parents through

  • Feeling unsure how to respond to big emotions

  • Navigating daily transitions and wanting more tools for staying calm and grounded during tough moments

  • Supporting a child through anxiety, worries, or fears

  • Balancing structure, boundaries, communication, and connection

  • Coping with changes in family structure, such as divorce or co‑parenting

  • Feeling guilt, burnout, or uncertainty about “getting it right”

I support parents and caregivers to notice unhelpful thought patterns, challenge negative self‑talk, and build more compassionate, realistic ways of understanding themselves and their child. Together, we highlight what’s already working, identifying the parent’s natural abilities, and building confidence. My goal is to help caregivers feel grounded, capable, and supported as they navigate the everyday family challenges.
